Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling:

All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email from the registered email address of the customer or through our official website https://palladiumconventioncenter.com/. Rescheduling is subject to approval by Palladium Convention Center.

 

Refund Policy:

1. The entire rental fee or advance payment is nonrefundable.

2. Palladium Convention Center reserves the right to cancel rentals in the event of inclement weather, emergency conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of the Palladium Convention Center.

 

In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Management of Palladium Convention Center, all rental fees paid by the customer will be refunded in full.
